404 – There’s nothing here

Since the beginning of the year, Väte Trafik has been handling the shunting of SSAB’s steel trains in Borlänge and Oxelösund. This is Väte Trafik’s largest assignment to date, and four fully modernized SM42-6Dg locomotives have been leased to carry out the work. Railway Metrics and Dynamics is now equipping the locomotives with PMUs and smart bolts.

Green Cargo and Finnish operator Fenniarail OY visited RMD’s offices in Stockholm to exchange experiences from using the camera system. The visit concluded with a study tour at Green Cargo’s terminal in Tomteboda.

RMD has been specially invited by TCC and will demonstrate its platform, sensors, and derailment detection system in a full-scale derailment test.
